Attending the untouchable “Graham Webb” advanced training courses and acquiring a “L’oreal Professional Color Specialist” certification, Debbie Noonan rises beyond her career limits. Always up for a good laugh, Debbie has a charisma that most of us strive to match. Her professional and technical skills are hard to compete with as well. She joined our team 12 years ago and has continued to receive the best training from the best educators in the country. Debbie attends yearly trade shows and in-salon classes to keep her skills intact. She is truly a gift to our salon.
